Terms of Service (Public Offer)

2. Subject of the Agreement and Acceptance

2.1. Subject. The Service grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the functionality for automated creation and publication of content in Telegram channels using artificial intelligence technologies.

2.2. Acceptance. The Offer is considered accepted when the User sends the /start command in the Telegram bot @redakto_ai_bot and completes the onboarding process. This constitutes a simple electronic signature (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signatures").

2.3. Registration. To register, the User must:

1. Send the /start command to the bot @redakto_ai_bot
2. Review the terms of the Offer and the Privacy Policy (links are provided during onboarding)
3. Connect a Telegram channel by adding the bot @redakto_ai_bot as an administrator with message publishing permissions

2.4. Changes to Terms. The Service reserves the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice to Users. Changes take effect 7 days after the new version is published on redakto.ai. The date of the last update is published on the Service's website. The User is responsible for independently monitoring changes to the Agreement.

2.5. Suspension and Termination. The Service may suspend or terminate the Agreement if the User violates its terms or the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Rights, Obligations, and Warranties of the Parties

3.1. User Rights

• Use the Service's functionality in accordance with the selected Subscription Plan
• Contact support regarding the Service's operation
• Cancel the subscription at any time while retaining access until the end of the paid Subscription Period
• Delete their account and all data (see Section 7.4)

3.2. User Obligations

• Use the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement
• Not publish information that violates the legislation of the Russian Federation using the Service
• Independently ensure the legality of content sources used (forwarded posts, RSS feeds, web pages)
• Independently review generated Content before publication
• Independently ensure compliance with copyright laws regarding the information used
• Not use the Service for mass spam, distribution of malware, or fraud
• Independently monitor changes to the Agreement

3.3. Service Rights

• Revoke access in case of violation of the Agreement or legislation of the Russian Federation
• Modify functionality, pricing, and terms of use
• Request necessary information from the User

3.4. Service Obligations

• Ensure the Service operates in accordance with its stated functionality
• Provide consultation to Users regarding the Service's operation

3.5. User Warranties

The User warrants that:

• They have administrator rights for the connected Telegram channels
• They independently verify and obtain necessary rights from copyright holders for the use of information from sources
• They independently review generated Content for compliance with Russian Federation legislation before publication or approval of auto-publication
• The information used does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or personal data of third parties

3.6. No Warranties by the Service

The Service does not guarantee:

• Channel promotion or subscriber growth
• That generated Content will fully meet the User's expectations
• Any specific results from using the Service

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Subscription Plans. Current Subscription Plans, their pricing, and features are published on redakto.ai and in the Telegram bot @redakto_ai_bot. The Service reserves the right to modify the composition and pricing of Subscription Plans.

4.2. Free Plan. The Service provides a free Subscription Plan with limited functionality. The free plan is not a trial period and has no time restrictions.

4.3. Payment Methods. The License Fee may be paid by the following methods:

• Telegram Stars — via Telegram's built-in payment mechanism
• Other payment methods provided by the Service

4.4. Subscription Period and Renewal.

• The license is granted for a Subscription Period (1 month or 1 year)
• When paying via Telegram Stars: renewal is performed manually by the User. Upon expiration of the Subscription Period without payment, access is limited to the free Subscription Plan
• When paying via payment systems that support recurring payments: the subscription renews automatically. The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid Subscription Period

4.5. Refunds.

• The license is considered granted upon activation of the Subscription Plan
• Refunds are provided in accordance with Russian Federation legislation only if the User has not used the functionality of the paid Subscription Plan
• Partial refunds for unused portions of the Subscription Period are not provided
• Upon subscription cancellation, access to paid functionality is retained until the end of the current Subscription Period

4.6. Telegram Stars — Specifics.

• Payment via Telegram Stars is processed at the exchange rate set by Telegram at the time of payment
• The Service is not responsible for changes in the Telegram Stars exchange rate
• Refund procedures for Telegram Stars payments are governed by Telegram's platform terms

5. AI Content and Intellectual Property

5.1. Nature of AI Content. Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence technologies (large language models) based on sources provided by the User and the Channel's style profile.

5.2. No Copyright on AI Content. Under Article 1257 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the author of a work is the individual whose creative labor produced it. Content generated by the Service is not the result of human creative labor and may not constitute a copyrightable work. The Service does not grant the User exclusive rights to generated Content and does not guarantee its legal protectability.

5.3. Liability for Content.

• The User bears full responsibility for Content published in their Channels through the Service
• The User is obligated to review generated Content before publication or approval of auto-publication
• The Service is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of generated Content
• The Service is not liable for potential infringement of third-party rights caused by publication of generated Content

5.4. Content Sources.

• The User independently provides sources (forwarded posts, RSS feeds, web pages)
• The User warrants that the use of materials from specified sources does not infringe third-party rights
• The Service uses sources exclusively for Content generation and does not distribute them to third parties

5.5. Style Profile.

• To learn the channel's style, the Service analyzes posts forwarded by the User from their Channel
• The style profile is used exclusively for generating Content for that Channel
• The style profile is deleted when the Channel is disconnected or the account is deleted

5.6. Service Intellectual Property. The Service's software, including algorithms, prompts, interface, and design, is the intellectual property of the rights holder. The User is granted only a non-exclusive license to use the Service, without the right to copy, decompile, modify, or distribute the software.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1. Limitation of Service Liability. The Service is not liable for:

• Any damage or losses, including loss of revenue, profits, or information, related to the use or inability to use the Service
• Information posted by Users through the Service's functionality
• Users' failure to fulfill obligations to third parties
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated Content
• Consequences of auto-publication of Content approved by the User or published under the User's configured automatic mode

6.2. Technical Availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages. The Service is not liable for losses caused by unavailability, and is not responsible for outages on the part of Telegram, LLM model providers, or other third-party services.

6.3. Content Moderation. The Service does not review or moderate Content published by Users. In the event of violations of Russian Federation legislation or third-party rights, the Service may terminate the User's access.

6.4. Aggregate Liability Cap. In any case, the Service's aggregate liability to the User is limited to the amount of License Fees actually paid by the User in the 3 (three) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

7.1. Data Collected. The following User data is processed during use of the Service:

• Telegram identifier (telegram_id)
• Telegram username
• Content of posts forwarded by the User for style analysis and Content generation
• Connected Channel data (name, identifier)
• Payment and Subscription Plan data

7.2. Processing Purposes. Data is processed exclusively for:

• Providing the Service's functionality
• Channel style analysis and Content generation
• Payment processing
• Technical support

7.3. Privacy Policy. Detailed terms of personal data processing are defined in the Privacy Policy, available on the redakto.ai website and forming an integral part of this Agreement.

7.4. Data Deletion. The User may request complete deletion of all their data at any time by sending a request to support@redakto.ai. Deletion includes: profile, channels, sources, queue, generated posts, and subscription data. Deletion is irreversible. Processing time: 10 business days.

7.5. Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data." Acceptance of the Offer constitutes the User's consent to data processing for the stated purposes.

8. Dispute Resolution and Final Provisions

8.1. Pre-Trial Procedure. A mandatory pre-trial (claim) dispute resolution procedure applies. Claims should be sent to support@redakto.ai. Response time: 10 business days from receipt.

8.2. Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the claims procedure, it shall be considered by the court at the location of the rights holder's registration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.3. Legally Significant Communications. Notices, claims, and other legally significant communications shall be sent:

• By the User — to support@redakto.ai
• By the Service — via the Telegram bot @redakto_ai_bot or to contact information known to the Service

Communications are deemed received on the day following the day of dispatch.

8.4. Amendment and Termination.

• The Service may unilaterally amend or terminate this Agreement
• The Service reserves the right to expand or reduce functionality
• All sections of the website referenced in this Agreement form an integral part thereof

8.5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.6. Effective Date. This version of the Agreement takes effect on March 31, 2026.
